I send out letters on the 6th of the month. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-10 days.

If you subscribe after the 21st of the month, you will receive the following month’s volume. Example: if you sign up before the 21st of July, you will receive the letter that goes out on August 6th. If you sign up on July 23rd you will not receive the letter that goes out in August, you will receive the letter that goes out on September 6th.

Because global transit and customs processing take a bit extra time, I ship international orders slightly early. Please allow 2–3 weeks for delivery once your happy mail is on its way!

You can cancel at any time. Membership renews on the 21st of the month so cancel before the 21st to avoid being charged for the following month’s package.

Snail mail is sent without tracking by tradition but if you don’t receive your letter after a fair amount of time, email me at laurenspired@gmail.com and I can refund you or resend!
