An Ocean City, NJ landmark, The Gillian's Wonderland Pier & Ferris Wheel inspired this piece. After almost a century, the historic amusement park will be closing its doors. Poetically & more personally, I am sending my youngest child to Kindergarten in the same month. This piece is a celebration of all the joy and nostalgia I associate with our time spent at Gillians as well as my children's young childhoods.
