Lauren’s art is an invitation to immerse ourselves in the nostalgia and quest for authenticity which unite us all.
Working out of her humble home studio by the beach, in southern NJ, Lauren uses collage, acrylics, and relatable symbols to illustrate the moments we cherish most in life and the evolution of our identities as we grow.
She pulls you in with a warm palette and keeps you interested with layers of detail and pattern. Though her point of view is typically expressed through a positive lens, with a touch of whimsy, her tendency toward melancholia and deep longing can also be sensed when spending time with each piece, especially up close.
